Allograft Customized Bone Blocks for Ridge Reconstruction: A Case Report and Radiological Analysis

The aim of the present case report was to demonstrate vertical gain in posterior resorbed mandible utilizing use an Allograft Customized Bone Block. presents a 66-year-old healthy female nonsmoker who lost her right mandibular molars long time ago. In past, she had implant placement, which failed due fracture implant. Due high risk nerve damage, left jaw and completely covered with bone. Since atrophic short implants were not option, ridge augmentation required. This Block as good option patients mandible, showing no bone resorption five months after placement great osseointegration placed implants.
